1. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account or using ToolsPad, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use ToolsPad for lawful business or professional purposes. If you use ToolsPad for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding sign-in credentials, and activity performed through your account. Workspace Owners and Admins control invitations, roles, and access. Members must follow their organization’s instructions. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use ToolsPad to break the law; infringe rights; distribute malware or deceptive content; send spam; collect information without an appropriate legal basis or consent; probe or disrupt the service; bypass limits or security controls; impersonate others; or facilitate fraud, abuse, or harm. Public forms, pages, testimonials, documents, webhooks, and QR destinations must follow these rules.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ToolsPad a limited permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service, follow your instructions, and meet legal obligations.

You are responsible for your content, recipients, customer data, consent language, tax and document accuracy, public claims, and the destinations or integrations you configure. ToolsPad does not become the owner, accountant, legal adviser, or merchant of record for your business.

5. Public links and third-party services

Some features publish content or connect to third-party services through sign-in, email, links, embeds, or webhooks. Third-party terms may apply, and their availability is outside our control. Treat public and recipient links as shareable; protect sensitive information and revoke or unpublish access when it is no longer needed.

6. Public beta and service changes

ToolsPad is currently offered as a free, billing-ready public beta. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the service. We will provide reasonable notice before introducing charges that apply to your continued use.

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We aim for dependable global service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using ToolsPad at any time and use available export or deletion controls. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment of future paid fees, or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsPad is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate copies of important business information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolsPad and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or an appropriate account channel. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them. Questions can be sent to contactus@toolspad.com.
