A genuine referred user earns you 30 Premium days when they verify their email, plus another 30 days when they start their first paid subscription. Rewards belong to the workspace that shared the referral and can accumulate up to a 12-month balance.

What happens during my first 30 days?
The owner’s first workspace receives Premium access for 30 days with no payment card. Additional workspaces do not restart the trial.
Will ToolsPad charge me when the trial ends?
No. There is no automatic charge. The workspace moves to Free unless its owner deliberately purchases Premium or Business.
What do the paid plans cost?
Premium is $19 monthly or $190 annually. Business is $49 monthly or $490 annually. Prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Each paid workspace is charged independently at the published flat price.
What happens to data above a lower plan limit?
ToolsPad does not delete it. Records and assets remain preserved, readable and exportable; only new activity in that over-limit resource family pauses.
How does a referral qualify?
A genuine new user must join through your personal referral link and verify their email. Email verification activates the signup and earns one Premium month. If that activated referral starts their first paid subscription, you earn one additional month—two months total.
Can paid subscribers use referral months immediately?
No. Earned Premium months remain frozen during an active paid subscription and begin only after paid access ends.
Are calculator savings guaranteed?
No. The result subtracts the selected published annual ToolsPad plan from the costs and seats you enter. It is an estimate, not guaranteed savings.
Can I export my data on Free?
Yes. Supported imports, exports, calculators and deletion controls remain available on Free.
